- Get matched and quote requests: your name, company, email, WhatsApp number (optional), what you need, your type of business, timeline, budget range (optional), preferred language and the page you came from.
- Provider listing and claim requests: your name, role, work email, phone (optional) and the company details you send.
- Contact messages: your name, email and message.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your comparison selection (up to four companies) locally so the compare page works; it isn't sent to us.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request and help you find a suitable provider.
- For a quote request to a specific company: to pass your request to that company.
- For listing and claim requests: to verify you and review changes to a profile.
Who we share it with
- Providers you ask us to contact. If you request a quote from a company, we share your request with that company.
- Providers we work with. Get matched requests may be shared with one or more providers we work with, to help you find a suitable provider. [TBC: confirm whether buyers are asked before each referral]
- Service providers that host this website and store form submissions for us (Netlify).
We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it

Company information in listings
Provider profiles contain business information from public sources, such as company websites, public registries and vendor partner directories. If you represent a listed company and want something corrected or removed, contact us or claim the profile.
