POS machine price in Qatar depends on what you mean by “POS machine”: a card-payment terminal, or a full point-of-sale system with a screen, printer, cash drawer and software. This guide does not publish a Qatar price table. We could not find live, citable QAR prices from Qatar suppliers, so we explain what sets the quote and give one sourced software example. Use it to compare offers like for like.

What sets a POS system price in Qatar

The one price we can cite

Loyverse publishes prices on its pricing page (checked 2026-09-29). These are in US dollars on a global page, not Qatar-specific, and we have not confirmed local support in Qatar. The page states the core POS is free and lists optional paid add-ons per store: Unlimited Sales History at $5 a month or $50 a year, Employee Management at $25 a month or $250 a year, and Advanced Inventory at $25 a month or $250 a year. It says hardware such as receipt printers and barcode scanners is optional and not required. This is software only. Hardware is bought separately.

Foodics’s pricing page shows plans for restaurant types but, when we checked, no Qatar-specific plan or currency. QSale POS lists cloud retail and restaurant POS and hardware options but publishes no prices and asks you to request a demo. Qatar retailer product pages we tried were blocked or did not show prices, so we quote none.

Software: licence or subscription, what the fee covers, and the renewal price.
Add-ons you need, listed separately.
Setup, data import, training and go-live support.
Payment acceptance: who provides it and what fees apply, in writing.
