Fresha alternatives in Qatar fall into three groups: another international salon platform, salon software built by a Qatar company, and a WhatsApp booking layer that sits on top of what you already use. This guide explains how Fresha charges, what we could verify about each option on its own website, and what to check before you switch. It is not a ranking, and no option here is better for every salon.
How Fresha charges
Fresha’s pricing page showed figures in US dollars to us on 2026-09-29; the currency may depend on your location:
- Independent plan: $19.95 a month for a single-person business.
- Team plan: $14.95 a month per team member.
- Payment processing: 2.79% + $0.20 online, 2.29% + $0.20 in person.
- New clients from the Fresha marketplace: a “20% one-time commission” with a $6 minimum per client. Returning clients carry no fee.
- Messages beyond 100 free a month: $0.02 per text, $0.04 to $0.11 per WhatsApp message.
Fresha lists salons in Doha with prices in QAR on its Doha page, and has an Arabic version of its business site. Its payment processor terms list the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia but not Qatar. We could not confirm whether Fresha Payments works for Qatar businesses, so ask Fresha before you rely on it.

Mawidi’s plans exclude VAT where applicable, and its pricing page states 0% VAT for Qatar. Its prices appear in a display currency chosen for your location, so check the amount in QAR on its pricing page.
